Greg and his team moved my piano to my home today and I scheduled a piano tuning with him. He and his team were punctual, professional, competent and easy to work with. What he quoted as cost and service were totally fulfilled, I would definitely use Greg and his team again when I need his services.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Greg and his staff were easy to make contact with. Greg gave me precise a step by step run-down of my piano pick up and drop off that was to the point. I would most certainly use this service provider again.

We had a small kitchen fire that deposited light soot and smoke in the living room where the piano sits. I wondered if our piano might have sustained damage. Greg was able to schedule a timely visit. He thoroughly explained why even light soot would require restringing our piano and that the expense would make our instrument a total loss. And he wrote up an evaluation for the adjuster explaining the loss, the value of the piano and the cost of hauling it to the dump. Greg Newell is knowledgeable, thorough, and prides himself on the quality of his work. I highly recommend him.

Greg moved a small upright piano a couple miles for me and made a difficult task appear easy. He had all the right equipment and knowledge to safely transport my instrument. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

We had a great chat when Greg came to check out my vertical. It's a older instrument but very special to me, and lately the lower keys had been sounding muddy. Greg immediately showed me that the issue was the state of the hammers, and told me point blank that the cost of replacing them would not be worth it. He still tuned up my piano, and it sounds better than it has in years! I'm very pleased with the work and highly recommend him to anybody.
